My journey into lactation care began as a nurse on a mother/baby unit, where I saw how powerful the right support could be. Helping new moms with breastfeeding quickly became the most meaningful part of my work—and inspired the creation of Happy Latch. What started as a passion has grown into a mission to support families through one of life’s biggest transitions.

At Happy Latch, I offer a concierge style lactation care that provides families with personalized, one-on-one support that’s tailored to their unique needs and goals. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships from the very beginning—connecting with families prenatally whenever possible to set the foundation for a positive breastfeeding experience from day one.

I'm well versed in oral function rehab and oral ties, and have completed additional training in both oral ties and in managing low milk supply. My own breastfeeding experience included challenges like low supply, painful latching, pumping, and combo feeding—so I understand how overwhelming it can feel, especially when you're not prepared. I didn’t realize the importance of clear, evidence-based information about breastfeeding before giving birth, which made those early days even harder. That lack of support and education has shaped my approach and fuels my desire to help other mothers feel informed, empowered, and cared for as they navigate their own feeding journey.

While some feeding challenges have a simple fix, others are more complex. My approach is always to identify the root cause, and create a care plan that gets feeding to an optimal place.
