    • I’ll answer any questions you have about the prenatal breastfeeding course provided. We’ll talk through your health history, including pregnancy experience, any past breastfeeding experiences, and your feeding goals for your upcoming journey. Together we’ll make a plan for a confident start to feeding

    • Hands-on support with latch and positioning in the early postpartum period

    • Guidance on early feeding patterns and normal newborn behavior in the first days and weeks

    • Personalized support for questions and early feeding concerns as they arise

    • Individualized feeding plan for your early postpartum period

  • Visit 1: Prenatal consultation

    Visit 2: Occurs within the first week after birth to assess latch, feeding effectiveness, and early weight gain. We’ll create a personalized care plan, ensure baby is feeding well, and address your questions and concerns while supporting a confident start to breastfeeding.

    • Scheduling priority

    • One designated feeding expert to answer any and all questions

    • 2 weeks of unlimited support via private text and voice messaging

    • Your support system and cheerleader as you navigate the challenges and joys in the early postpartum days

Designed for families who want a strong start, Confident Beginnings combines prenatal preparation with personalized postpartum support to help you navigate the early days of breastfeeding. You'll receive 1:1 guidance before and after birth, providing the reassurance and support needed to establish a comfortable and successful feeding relationship with your baby.
