Insurance & Payment
I am currently in-network with Aetna for individual lactation consultations. Aetna clients using their insurance benefits will need to book individual consultations. Packages are available to Aetna clients who choose to self-pay.
Cigna clients: I accept Wildflower Health for eligible Cigna members, which may cover a portion of your lactation care.
Payment is collected upfront and I will submit your out-of-network insurance claim on your behalf. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to understand your benefits. I also accept HSA & FSA payments.
Lactation care is recognized as a covered preventive service under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Per the Affordable Care Act, lactation care is mandated to be covered by most insurance plans, however companies vary in the care that they cover.

Comprehensive and compassionate breastfeeding guidance and support
A premium breastfeeding care package providing dedicated, comprehensive assistance through the early months of your breastfeeding journey. I’ll be by your side for 3 months, helping you comfortably breastfeed your baby and ensuring your long-term feeding success. The Nourish with Confidence package offers the ongoing, personalized support that you need to feel calm and confident in your feeding journey every step of the way.

Visit 1: Make sure baby is latching well and getting enough to eat. Put together a care plan for the first week.
Visit 2: Assess latch success, weight gain, and make any necessary tweaks to your custom care plan.
Visit 3: Follow-up visit to ensure you’re comfortable with your feeding routine, check baby’s progress, and make sure that your questions and concerns are being addressed.
Visit 4: Discuss a pumping plan and introduce a bottle if we haven’t already

The Rapid Reset Package

Emergency support for when feeding your baby isn’t going as you planned
This package offers timely breastfeeding support for the mama feeling overwhelmed and anxious about feeding her baby. Maybe breastfeeding is causing you pain or maybe you’re getting mixed advice and minimal support, it’s not too late to get things on track for a successful breastfeeding journey. During our 6 weeks together, I will guide you through breastfeeding your new baby with happiness and confidence.

Ideal for mamas with less urgent needs who would like an expert oversee their feeding plan
The Peace of Mind 2-Pack is best suited to mamas who have previously breastfed successfully or families who have had a mostly positive experience breastfeeding, but would like an expert to oversee their feeding routine and adjust where needed.
