Feeling prepared and confident before baby arrives significantly optimizes breastfeeding outcomes. We’ll cover everything that you need to know to get breastfeeding off to a strong start. Breastfeeding can be a challenge that many moms don’t anticipate, but I will be there to walk alongside you every step of the way providing the evidence-backed, real-time support that you need for your unique feeding journey! Together we will build a feeding plan that ensures your baby is healthy, happy, and growing while also fitting your lifestyle.
Insurance & Payment
I am currently in-network with Aetna for individual lactation consultations. Aetna clients using their insurance benefits will need to book individual consultations. Packages are available to Aetna clients who choose to self-pay.
Cigna clients: I accept Wildflower Health for eligible Cigna members, which may cover a portion of your lactation care.
Payment is collected upfront and I will submit your out-of-network insurance claim on your behalf. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to understand your benefits. I also accept HSA & FSA payments.
Lactation care is recognized as a covered preventive service under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Per the Affordable Care Act, lactation care is mandated to be covered by most insurance plans, however companies vary in the care that they cover.

A premium breastfeeding care package providing dedicated, comprehensive assistance starting prenatally through the early months of your breastfeeding journey. I’ll be by your side starting during pregnancy through the first 3 months of baby’s life, helping you comfortably breastfeed your baby and ensuring your long-term feeding success. The Bloom & Grow package offers the ongoing, personalized support that you need to feel calm and confident in your feeding journey every step of the way.

Together we will create a personalized plan that feels right! I’ll also help you feel comfortable with your breast pump and ensure you have the must-haves on your registry!

Example:
Visit 1: Prenatal consultation
Visit 2: Occurs within the first few days after birth. Make sure baby is latching well and getting enough to eat. Put together a care plan for the first week.
Visit 3: Assess latch success, weight gain, and make any necessary tweaks to your custom care plan. Check your baby’s progress, and make sure that your questions and concerns are being addressed.
Visit 4: Follow-up visit to ensure you’re comfortable with your feeding routine. We’ll cover any new questions or concerns and address pumping and bottle feeding if this is part of your plan.
Visit 5: Flexible! This can be used at anytime during your 3 months of support for any need that arises. Some will use this for a return to work plan!

Confident Beginnings
Prenatal + early postpartum starter package.

Expert guidance before baby arrives and personalized support through the early postpartum days. Breastfeeding support doesn't have to start when you're struggling. Confident Beginnings gives you the opportunity to prepare prenatally, establish a personalized plan, and have an experienced IBCLC in your corner during those early postpartum weeks.
Designed for families who want a strong start, Confident Beginnings combines prenatal preparation with personalized postpartum support to help you navigate the early days of breastfeeding. You'll receive 1:1 guidance before and after birth, providing the reassurance and support needed to establish a comfortable and successful feeding relationship with your baby.
